Submission of this application implies that you have read and agree to abide by the CFM rules. We also ask that you review the following before you complete the application below.

  • All Farmers/Vendors must complete an application.
  • Completing an application does not guarantee a space at the Charlestown Farmers Market. For priority consideration, your application must be submitted to CFM no later than Friday, May 31, 2024. Applications received after May 31st will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Applicants will be notified beginning May 17, 2024, as to their status at the market and on a rolling basis (up to two weeks) thereafter. Payment will be due according to the schedule listed in the application, to secure your space for the season.
  •  All applicants should be very specific as to what you will bring to the market. We look for diversity in what is offered at the CFM, and your application will help us determine what we are “missing” and whether we could use a new farmer or vendor.
  • Farmers/Vendors may only sell items that they list on this application, so please provide complete details of all products below. Vendor liability extends to all products sold at each farmer/vendor’s stand.
  • All vendors selling prepared foods must include in their application all necessary health permits and licenses from their local health department as well as Servesafe certification and allergen awareness certification (if you have it). If you are accepted, you will be required to fill out the City of Boston Farmers Market Vendor Permit, which must be submitted to the City of Boston Department of Inspectional Services.
